Minutes of last meeting were received.   Approved

General Business (Andy Sajor)
        Need to move sail measuring day to May 23rd
        Need to redo election of officer at general membership meeting on May 23rd...will send notice.  Approved

ByLaws Review Report  (Brian Dowling)
        Tim, Brian, and Bruce have reviewed history of bylaws and have put them into a new form with proposed revisions.  Goal is to finish the review, distribute with notice to allow feedback from members, and adopt at the fall general membership meeting.

Treasures Report  (Don Duley)
        10 full memberships paid.  4 Jam memberships paid.  6 Associate memberships paid
         Insurance, installment bank loan for engine, and web site paid to date.

Vice Commodore Report  (Andy Sajor)
        Race marks are ready for installation
        Committee Boat needs check out before launch, may need new flares and battery.  J.P. has extras and will donate.

Rating Report  (Brian Dowling)
        Two new boats to rate.  Still a few PHRF forms outstanding and need to be in very soon.
        There has been a bylaw change to PHRF pertaining to clarify rating adjust for one design boats that elect larger jibs.

Member at Large  (Bruce Gugliatta)
        New VSC flags are available for sale at $25 each from Bruce

Commodore Report (J.P. Turgeon)
        It should be one of our goals to acquire a club house with dockage.  We should look and present all ideas.
        We should have food and non alcoholic beverages for next meeting.  J.P. provide dogs and buns.  Will ask Tim to facilitate 
        VSC should not provide alcohol due to host liquor liability.  

Next meeting:  May 23rd at Ed Trombley's barn at 11am.
