Treasurer:  6 full members, 3 associate members paid to date
                 Insurance will be due this month.  Will check for rate savings.

Race Com:  Sail Measuring Party will be May 15th at Ed Trombleys barn with Rob McDowell measuring.  
                   Full members must have thier sails measured to compete. 
                   Andy Sajor working on race and o.d. schedules and will publish asap.
                   Ed Trombley and Dave Bashaw will manage committee boat again this year.
                   
Commodore:Working on soliciting JAM boats to increase race participation
                   Request treasurer write check for U.S. Sailing dues for L.C.PHRF at $97.50.  Balance Paid by Mayor's Cup Com
                   We need to encourage members to pay dues asap
                   Request Don Duley to FOIL Clare and Carl lease at city dock from City of Plattsburgh
                   Looking for donation of tender to facilitate race mark setting
                   Request Andy Sajor to execute plan for election of officers asap
                   Request Andy Sajor to try to re-establish web site at least possible cost assp. 

Rating:        Please submit all 2010 rating forms no later than May 15th
